  • I am a local Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams. One of the most valuable treasures agents have are knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy businesses in their resources to have for their clients. Especially important are home inspectors! Clients and homeowners put trust in the inspectors to find any issues of importance in the selling or purchasing of a home.

A lot lies heavy on their knowledge. David Heidenreich is that inspector! He is always extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and I always trust his findings!

David is very courteous to the client that hires him and explains in great details his findings so they understand the report.

David Heidenreich is the “Secure Choice” in home inspections!

  • “I would recommend David from SecureChoice Home Inspections.  His attention to detail throughout the entire process was excellent.  He walked us through the home after his initial inspection to point out some of the items he would be detailing in the report.  He was very patient and answered every question my clients had.

When we received the report it was well organized, with pictures and explanations of what he found and most important, easily understood. David made sure we knew he was available for any questions we had in the future and that statement was true.  I had some follow up questions and he was happy to go over things with me again. I appreciated his attention to detail and his customer service. I would use David again.”

After each inspection, he communicates with the buyer in a factual and logical way in which they can understand. I highly recommend him to any buyer who is looking for a knowledgeable and caring inspector.”
